The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 打四分，全程没有看进度条，情节紧凑，景色优美，反转合理。闺蜜很性感，城市很美。

剧本是有清晰的故事线与结构的，但是导演的技术表现似乎不太达标：充斥通篇的细节bug、三流的画面、反转揭露的刻意、稀碎的剪辑以及网大质感的表演等等。

法国人喜欢揭露警界的黑暗，此部亦是，只是稍显另类。影片开始对男主角这个坏警察麻烦事缠身的困境表达得精采：前去参加母亲葬礼，得知上级派人查他们违纪，又偏偏开车撞死人。为掩盖罪行又各种活动，影片显得焦灼感十足，故事也由此展开。后面的反转情节也有意思，只是紧张焦灼感有些松懈。
完全能夠理解「不想一個人」的寓意，但故事線索和鏡頭剪輯真像是災難般存在，太過於依賴形而下的肉身陪伴，每個人都戾氣十足。不喜這樣的風格。臺北電影獎最佳攝影獎提名，serious？

画廊女主选角OK 剧情单薄甚至有些单调 但人生有些片断就是这样 无厘头又有些乏味 但又不得不过下去。
