剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     电影本身3星也颇为勉强，但音乐和本尊加持，所以还值得4星。本来立意甚佳，对于种族、性别、信仰都有相当新颖独特的视角，在泛滥成灾的blm作品中令人惊喜。可是仅仅浮光掠影地陈列着，仅止于“立意”，没有深挖，没有展开，人物自身成长与心理变化完全没有体现。弱化时代环境的影响可以理解，毕竟背景耳熟能详。几个配角十分精彩，影帝福里斯特·惠特克自不必说；Gilbert Glenn Brown这个老戏骨，虽然惊鸿一瞥，但塑造的马丁路德金却可谓无数马丁路德金中最令人印象深刻者之一。主角JH是我一直欣赏看好的个性演员，本剧表现虽然也相当出色，但被碎片化的剧本拖累太多，又比本尊的声音逊色太多，影响了演技发挥。对于主角尤其是适合的主角不多的她来说，实在遗憾。
