The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」

看似很美式主旋律，但就是能够被这样人性的光辉所感动。
真的全程爆哭，我的眼泪不值钱。故事结束到如今又是十年过去了，希望在下一个十年结束的时候我能给这个世界贡献再多一些的善意。
优秀音乐剧有巨大的能量！极简场景中的演员调度和一秒转场神到我了，一路O嘴惊叹。
9.11二十周年之际看这部展现人类闪光时刻格外暖心，纽芬兰的许多都是人们理想的状态，种族宗教性取向都不再是问题，仿佛不存在少数和多数的概念，小镇的人为在黑暗中的人带来了光，尤其是知道了是真实发生的事件后，更为感动，在这世间还是有美好的人和事存在的，最糟糕的时刻总是最能展现人性，想去世界尽头的甘德看一看。

比想象的欢乐，虽然有些笑点没get到。基于911背景的真实故事，又是疫情期间百老汇恢复的第一次演出，现实意义远大于内容。作为一部音乐剧，感觉唱段有点少，也没有太令人印象深刻的曲子。机长的高音真是又稳又轻松，Diane那段I'm here也很棒
they say no man is island but island makes a man...心灵鸡汤确实很容易把人眼眶灌湿
2001至2021，世界变了又好像没变。先不说这样的美式主旋律正能量和国内作品的立意高下问题，100分钟的舞台演绎中，完全打破了传统音乐剧的情节和幕次、空间与场景、台词与唱段的界限，让技术完全为艺术表达服务，就很赞！

还不错，这种形式的舞台电影百老汇音乐剧…真是第一次看，本以为会各种跳戏，没想到很真切
一面微笑一面泪流满面在音乐剧里是稀有体验，更像是属于罗杰斯和汉末斯坦的时代。但私以为，CFA和音乐之声这种剧存在的意义，就是告诉你，人可以做出多可怖的事就可以做出多美好的事。世界可以像911的纽约，也可以像911的Gander。
我能从这107分钟里得到暂时的宽慰 It's enough
太美式温情了。作为音乐剧，里面的歌曲太少，除了Me and the Sky，没有拿得出手的...

Something is missing but I'm here. 前半段航班人员被困的经历，在当前疫情封闭管控的魔幻现实面前显得微不足道。但后半段确实鼓舞人心，重要的是在经历这一切后我仍在这，在困境中寻找快乐，宛若重生。
所以是这个音乐剧即将被改编成电影吗？音乐剧我不太会欣赏啦，期待下电影
