The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 情节不算太高明，但因为是女性+攀岩，礼节性打4星。在悬崖边数次交锋，存在许多硬伤，但还是勉强看完了。结局嘛，就是大家希望的结局，所以作为观众，我们还能怎样？一直对这座著名山峰充满敬意，那种生活在峭壁上的浑身美丽环纹的小毒蛇的突然出现，令观影措手不及，非常有趣！
氛围感还可以，但故事逻辑难以理解，尤其是最后两兄妹都离家的，就很离谱。
