The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 开头不错，铺垫到位，后面故事转折略显平淡。

伪一镜到底吧，但还是蛮紧张的，当然编剧还是弱了点，工具人太多了点

老斯一如既往的低成本，枪战居多，打斗部分太短看的不太过瘾，本片仅花了20天完成拍摄
但导演对于具体情节的调度能力实在太差了，没能把握住这样一个庞大的有野心的故事，对观众情绪的调动能力也不足，同时画面也缺乏想象力。大量给观众“喂”信息的台词也非常破坏电影感。
科幻设定包裹下的爱情烂片，退伍老军人修叔豁了命也要谈恋爱。唯一的亮点场面是rebecca翻唱cigarettes after sex的nothing’s gonna hurt you baby迷住了吴彦祖。
淹没在海浪中的迈阿密相当的美，无论是故事的设定，还是演员都蛮不错的，浓浓的诺兰家族气息，细节到位。可是奇怪的是，这些都凑到一起，就没有那么精彩了。

就想看看阿金斯还有没有继续在演烂片，这部还行，虽然最后也顺利地过渡到了以一当百的超级英雄模式……，但短兵相接的战斗场面拍的还不错。
