The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 毕竟编剧雷神才拍了这一个片子。
生怕观众看不懂，片名就说明了平行空间。小成本拍的不错。
低成本软科幻片，全程三位演员，仅有别墅和森林这两处主要场景，制作成本可谓肉眼可见的低。再说剧情，森林是平行世界的入口，因为执念而反复穿越，最终再也无法回去。
这个封面被好莱坞翻牌是什么鬼……

剧情和摄影有亮点，但作为网大在电影院上映业余的地方太多。演员的演技挺业余，作为平行空间的人表演缺乏层次感，收音效果差，几次出现破音。
女主是有原则，她本来下不了手的。但是另一个她说:我是有孩子的，故事从这里一切成定局了。
“我觉得那好像是一个平行空间”哈哈哈哈哈直接把答案说出来了可还行，但后半段还蛮有意思的

不过当知道居然被好莱坞买了版权之后，对于改编还是有点子期待的。

国产网大也玩起了低成本的“平行空间”设定，虽是姗姗来迟，但总算是敢于尝试。从海报到拍摄能看出来有国外影片的影子，但起码也算是有了质感。抛开影片悬疑感不足不谈，女主的性格也割裂严重。前半段密林与断定「平行空间」的机敏与果断与中途依赖男性的哭啼柔弱真的判若两人。结尾那一抹「人性」微笑也有点老生常谈，我倒是希望转身的那刻反杀成功。
