The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 不给此片打5星好像不够pc，但标准得如同教科书的好莱坞优等生拿奖片……是试图唤醒21世纪观众对60年代的回忆吗，还是对逝去时代的无声悼念。确实导演给了左翼分子们绝对优势的展示，但说不出为什么，还是觉得并没有预示着更好的明天。可能因为我就活在这个明天中吧

我以为庭审戏设计得太戏剧化了，结果竟然大部分都是在庭上真实发生的。
电影表现方式能激荡人心。而故事本身再一次证明百无一用是书生，情绪不稳，易被煽动

很多年前，我们都觉得外国好极了，美国最佳。后来我们觉得外国好糟，美国最甚。其实都是管窥蠡测。电影里50年前理想主义就可以这么好，庆幸50年后的今天理想主义者尤在，而且处在全球影视文化的塔尖，所以才会拍出这部电影。
本来就是场荒唐的审判，大篇幅的法庭戏一点也不枯燥，金句频出，很燃。对萨莎·拜伦·科恩刮目相看，Abbie这个人物和他很像，看似玩世不恭，却活得很清醒。
